Keith graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Management Information Systems. His 18-year interactive career has included time spent at a Fortune 50 company, as the interactive director for a mid-sized Connecticut marketing agency, in higher education and also as an entrepreneur. Keith began his career at United Technologies as their very first Webmaster, spent the middle part of his career overseeing the design and development of numerous award-winning websites and was recently named to the Hartford Business Journal class of 2012 40 Under 40.
He has seen the Internet evolve from its basic beginnings in the mid 1990s through the present day. He has worked with clients from a wide range of industries including United Technologies, Aetna, ING, Reader’s Digest, and The United Way. His specialty lies in his ability to successfully navigate the multiple disciplines inherent in the digital media space and to communicate with each and every member of a multi-discipline digital project team.
His areas of expertise include digital project management, strategic planning, architecture development, website development, content management systems, email marketing and distribution, usability, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), Google AdWords, Facebook advertising, ecommerce, Web analytics & trend analysis, social media, inbound marketing, and content marketing.
